Privacy Policy

 

 

At ChilliFrog (ChilliFrog Ltd, 08398129) we treat your privacy as importantly as we expect ours is to be treated and this policy sets out to explain how your information is recorded, used and kept safe.

 

ChilliFrog is a recruitment organisation that brings employees/contractors and employers/businesses together.  To do that, we work as a data controller and will pass your personal data (CV, resume, Interviewee contact name, etc) between respected parties only with your consent.

 

 

What Data does ChilliFrog collect?

 

Candidate Data

CV and resumes are the main documentation that hold your personal data, which may include your; name, date of birth, address, contact details, education and employment history, gender, race, hobbies, or any other personal details that you have included with your document.  We may collect your details from professional (work related) social media sites (LinkedIn, etc). You may submit your CV to ChilliFrog either directly or via advertising platforms, social media or other sources and in doing so, we assume consent is given to the approach you to establish further interest.

 

Additional information may be collected during emails/chat/video/ audio conversations, such as notice period, salary desires, future employment preferences, etc.

 

 

Employer Data

Contact Names and email address are the main sources of personal data used during our recruitment services to our candidates.

 

 

What does ChilliFrog do with your Data?

 

ChilliFrog does not currently operate a CMS (Candidate Management System) or Database, so we do very little with your data beyond process it by submitting it to our clients after your consent is received during a conversation with ourselves. 

 

Your personal details are mainly received via email and this forms the central processing element of your data.  Initial contact may have been made via other forms of communication, but we will always ask you to provide us with your CV by email before we proceed/progress your application.  Your email with containing your personal details are not passed on to any other 3rd party business or associated business.  If we have not contacted you within one month of your application/CV submittal by email/ either directly to an @chillifrog email address or indirectly via another recruitment portal, requesting consent to process your details, your application will be archived/deleted within our email platform.  ChilliFrog's email platform is hosted by Google (Gmail) and we follow Google's best practice for security. 

 

ChilliFrog does not collate personal data from any other sources beyond publicly available recruitment/advertisement/platforms (LinkedIn, Jobsite, Reed, CV-Library, Angel or other similar services) where you would have already implied consent for your details to be shared with ChilliFrog.

 

ChilliFrog, will not share your details outside of ChilliFrog, without your consent.

 

ChilliFrog will not share personal data/information with our clients that could imply any form of discrimination unless that personal data is already included within your CV/Resume.

 

Once your consent has been received to share your information with a named client and your application has concluded, either through placement or rejection (by either party) your details, email conversation, personal details will be archived. All details over five years old are permanently deleted.

 

Should you wish your details to be deleted at any time, please contact marcus@chillifrog.com and all of your details will be deleted within one month of your request.

 

Should you wish to find out what data we hold on you, please contact marcus@chillifrog.com.  ChilliFrog reserves the right to charge an admin fee but is unlikely to need to.

 

Should ChilliFrog in the future decide to implement a database, CRM, CMS or any other system that could include/record/process your details, we will contact you via email requesting your consent.

 

Website and Cookies

 

Our site may include the use of "cookies" as part of its build and hosting requirements but ChilliFrog does not use cookies to track, collate or analyse any digital imprint you may leave behind.  A user’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. A user may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of our site may not function properly.

 

ChilliFrog does not use its website as a source of data gathering. 

 

 

Future Changes to our Privacy Policy.

 

Should we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so that you will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
